At FOCL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original FOCL tags attached.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
